These terms apply when you book a tour, activity or attraction ticket with Arabian Destination Tourism through https://arabiandestinationtourism.com, by telephone, by email or by WhatsApp. Please read them before booking.

About us

Arabian Destination Tourism is a tour operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating from Office No. 103, Al Murar, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: Add your DED trade licence number and DTCM tourism licence number here. Displaying these materially improves trust and is expected of a licensed UAE operator.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp.
Prices shown on the website are per person unless stated otherwise on the product page.
You are responsible for giving accurate guest numbers, contact details and pickup location.
If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, contact us before assuming your booking is held.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely through WooPayments. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: State whether you take full payment at booking, a deposit, or payment on the day, and whether cash on pickup is accepted.

Cancellations and refunds

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: This is the most important section and we cannot write it for you. Provide: (1) how far in advance a guest may cancel for a full refund, (2) whether a partial refund applies inside that window, (3) whether no-shows are refundable, (4) how many days a refund takes to reach the card.

Cancellation terms vary by tour type. Desert safaris, dinner cruises and attraction tickets may have different conditions, and some attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued by the venue. The conditions applying to your booking will be stated in your confirmation.

Changes by us

Occasionally we may need to change arrangements. Where this happens we will contact you as soon as possible.

Pickup times may shift by a short period due to traffic or the order of pickups.
Desert activities may be altered or postponed in unsafe weather such as sandstorms or heavy rain.
Attraction opening hours are set by the venue and may change without notice.
Seasonal attractions, such as flower parks, close outside their operating season.

If we cancel a tour entirely and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund the amount paid for that tour.

Your responsibilities

Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. Vehicles run to a schedule and cannot wait indefinitely.
Tell us in advance about pregnancy, back or neck problems, heart conditions or reduced mobility, so we can recommend a suitable tour. Dune bashing is not suitable for all guests.
Follow the safety instructions given by your driver, guide or activity operator at all times.
Supervise children in your party throughout the tour.
Respect UAE laws and local customs, including rules on dress and behaviour in public places.

Age and health restrictions

Some activities carry minimum age, height or health requirements set by the operator or venue, including quad biking, dune buggies, zip lines and certain theme park rides. These are stated on the relevant product page or given at the time of booking.

Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting the drivers, guides and operators we work with. We are not liable for loss or injury arising from a guest ignoring safety instructions, from a guest failing to disclose a relevant medical condition, or from events outside our reasonable control such as extreme weather, road closures or venue closures.

You are responsible for your own belongings during the tour. We recommend travel insurance.

Photography

CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: Confirm whether you photograph guests during tours and whether you use those photos in marketing. If you do, guests need a way to opt out.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell your guide at the time if possible, so we have a chance to put it right. Otherwise contact us at arabiandestinationtours@gmail.com or +971 50 911 0197.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
