- The number of guests travelling and the ages of any children, so we can recommend a suitable tour.

Payment information
Card payments on this website are processed by WooPayments. Your full card number is entered directly with the payment provider and is not stored on our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits and card type for reconciliation.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
- Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interaction data such as scrolling and clicks.
- Cookies set by WooCommerce to remember the contents of your cart between pages.
How we use your information
- To confirm, arrange and deliver the tour you booked.
- To contact you about your booking, including pickup times and any change to arrangements.

How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by UAE accounting and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them to keep your shopping cart working between pages, and to collect the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking them may stop the booking cart from working.
